Use
Olitalia Grape Seed Oil is ideal as a raw condiment on meat, fish, vegetables and salads. It has one of the highest smoke point of 240℃ among all cooking oils, making it perfect for all types of cooking or frying.

Grapeseed oil contains high levels of Oligomeric Proantho Cyanidin, which has high antioxidant properties, and has shown to contribute to the reduction of damaged cells from free radicals in the body. It also contains 68% of Polyunsaturated fatty acids which helps reduce risk of cardiovascular disease.
